Hello and welcome to my real estate and investment website. My name is Jason Waller and I am originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I have been living in Playa Del Carmen with my wife and daughter since August 6 2005, and have loved every day of it.
I am a real estate agent with Realty Executives and I have my own development company called 10 Developments. I have a very good knowledge of the area and the real estate market.
Unlike most agents in town I only work with units and developments that I know very well and trust the seller or developer. I am developing personal relationships with them before I will represent their project. And if I don't feel the project is something I would buy or recommend to my family, I will not recommend it to you.
So I have removed most of the listings on my site and will only have my recommended ones. If you are a developer or have a unit for sale and would like it on my site, please contact me so we can discuss it.
With the development company I have the ability to build anything you may want, from condos, homes, commercial, hotels, or anything custom. We are always adding more projects so please check out my development section for more information.
