Hello and welcome to my real estate and investment website. My name is Jason Waller and I am originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I have been living in Playa Del Carmen with my wife and daughter since August 6 2005, and have loved every day of it.
I am a real estate agent with Realty Executives and I have my own development company called 10 Developments. I have a very good knowledge of the area and the real estate market.
Unlike most agents in town I only work with units and developments that I know very well and trust the seller or developer. I am developing personal relationships with them before I will represent their project. And if I don't feel the project is something I would buy or recommend to my family, I will not recommend it to you.
So I have removed most of the listings on my site and will only have my recommended ones.

The Turneffe Atole is approximately 48 kilometers in length and 16 kilometers wide. The vastness and variety of marine life and coral formations are truly unmatched. There are many attractions near by, including the world renowned Blue Hole. Types of tropical marine life commonly viewed include eagle rays, dolphins, turtles, huge green morays, giant jewfish, nurse sharks, reef sharks, trunkfish, grouper, snapper, permit, and horse-eye jacks. The atoll has a scattering of fishing camps, some of which are permanently occupied, and some of which are used only on a seasonal basis. At peak times, when combined with tourists and researchers, the atoll is inhabited by approximately 300 people.
